Luke Veale is an Associate at the Firm. His primary areas of practice include medical malpractice and health care litigation and commercial litigation. Mr. Veale is licensed to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and California.
Mr. Veale represents doctors, health care practices and insurance carriers in medical malpractice lawsuits in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He also represents business clients in transactional matters, including entity organization, partnership planning and negotiation and drafting of operating agreements and other business contracts.
After law school, Mr. Veale worked in the California Bay Area practicing criminal, juvenile and family law. He also worked as a general practice attorney in California where he handled personal injury, contract, wrongful termination, discrimination and fiduciary liability suits as well as administrative accusations and license revocation appeals on behalf of corporations, healthcare providers, real estate brokers and construction contractors.
Mr. Veale grew up locally and is a graduate of Gonzaga High School. He received his B.A. from Georgetown University and his juris doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
